1. SELLER INFORMATION

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions apply to the online sale of clothing items (the “Products”) via the e-commerce website www.kuntnerforludovica.com
(the “Website”) to consumers (the “Customer”).
3. CONTRACT FORMATION
A purchase agreement is considered concluded once the Customer receives an order confirmation email from the Seller. By placing an order, the Customer confirms to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Orders must be paid in advance via credit card. Any applicable shipping or handling fees will be shown before order confirmation.
5. SHIPPING
5.1 Products in stock can be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer within Italy and to selected EU countries.
Orders to Italy are shipped via express courier. Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days from shipping confirmation.
Orders to authorized EU countries are shipped via international courier. Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days depending on the destination country.
International deliveries are currently available to: Italy, France, Netherlands, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Slovenia.
5.2 The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Customer.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Orders are processed subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, the Customer will be refunded or, upon agreement, offered a replacement.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt by notifying the Seller via email and returning the goods unused at their own expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
8. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be sent to info@kuntnerforludovica.com
including the order number and a description of the issue. The Seller will respond within 48 business hours.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or force majeure. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.
9.2 The Seller assumes no liability for fraudulent or unlawful use of credit cards or other payment methods by third parties provided that reasonable and customary safeguards were applied.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website, which the Customer acknowledges.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Should this fail, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Customer’s residence if acting as a consumer; in all other cases, the exclusive competent court is Bolzano.
SPECIFIC ACCEPTANCE
Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer expressly accepts the following clauses: 3 (Contract Formation), 5 (Shipping), 7 (Right of Withdrawal), 9 (Liability), 11 (Jurisdiction).
